from Monday 15.9. a new chatbot is available on the SÚZ accommodation website.

The chatbot has a smart and modern AI core model that works with both online available information, such as the SUZ website and the websites of individual dormitories, including updates, and with prepared information.

The goal is to provide residents with an easier and more direct way to information about accommodation and life in the VŠE dormitories.

The chatbot technology was provided by Daktela. The chatbot uses language models that improve and upgrade over time, and thanks to this, it also speaks multiple languages.
