The chatbot has a smart, modern AI core model that works with both online information, such as the SUZ website and individual dormitory websites, including updates, and prepared information.

The goal is to provide residents with an easier, more direct way to find information about accommodation and life in the VŠE dormitories.

The chatbot technology was provided by Daktela. The chatbot uses language models that improve and upgrade over time, and thanks to this, it also speaks multiple languages.
