This confirms that your application has been processed successfully.
⚠️ Please note that the application status will not change before July 13, 2026.
- Please note that your accommodation is booked from September 10, 2026, and this date cannot be changed. September 10, 2026, is the first day of validity of the Accommodation Agreement. It is also possible to move in after this date – please see the information below.
- Rooms are allocated by the Central Accommodation Office; applicants cannot choose a room themselves. Please note that students are accommodated in shared twin rooms.
- Information about whether a student has been allocated accommodation will be available in ISKAM under Accommodation – Accommodation requests (waiting lists) by August 3, 2026.
- If you would like to share a room with a friend, you may indicate this in the application form.
Cancellation
If students change their minds and decide not to use accommodation in the dormitories, they can submit a “Cancellation request” in ISKAM within their application by August 8, 2026.
In this case, the reservation deposit will be refunded, reduced by any bank handling fees. The deposit will be returned to the bank account specified by the student in ISKAM.
If the accommodation application is cancelled after August 8, 2026, the deposit will not be refunded.
