The street is not a garbage can!
There is a high fine of 50.000 CZK for dumping waste near garbage cans
The street is not a garbage can!
- Hygiene and health – waste outside of garbage cans attracts rodents and insects, which can lead to the spread of diseases.
- Safety and order – scattered waste obstructs pedestrians, creates clutter, and increases the risk of accidents.
- Social responsibility – one bad example leads to others starting to do the same, and the problem quickly multiplies.
- Environmental protection and image – clutter in front of the dormitories spoils the appearance of the street and the reputation of the school or city.
- Simple solution – waste belongs in containers and garbage cans; the street is not a landfill.
Exceptionally, if the trash can is full,
I will notify the dormitory manager and take the waste back to my room.
