Immediate basic medical treatment is provided for VŠE students and hotel guests, ideally after arrangement in advance over the phone. For hotel guests, basic medical treatment can be arranged at the reception.

Registration of students accommodated in VŠE dormitories is possible after an arrangement with a doctor.

Students must sign a contract with a health insurance company before arriving at the dormitory. If students don´t make a contract with health insurance company, treatment is not covered by health insurance. The health insurance company has to be the same company that students paid for health insurance.

Foreign students have to pay for treatment in the Czech Republic. If students pay medical expenses that are not covered by health insurance, they must bring their payment receipt!

Rules for the protection of personal data

Personal data is saved only to the extent and for the duration established by law. Documents with personal data are placed into lockable files with limited access (authorized persons only). Electronically stored personal data are secured, with limited access (authorized persons only), and handled using secure software for processing sensitive personal data.
