Room defects & repairs

You will report all defects via a website or mobile interface ISKAM. It is not necessary to go into these matters at the reception and then record them in the book. You will also see an overview of all entered defects in ISKAM, including the worker’s comments during removal and information about troubleshooting.

We would like to remind you that this solution is not intended for accidents (an accident is an emergency situation that requires immediate attention; it is not a broken bulb or a refrigerator). Accidents need to be reported to the dormitory staff immediately.
