According to the dormitory rules, an emergency accident must be reported (escalated) immediately to the dormitory manager (or representative) or to the listed telephone numbers.

An emergency  is an unplanned, sudden, undesirable event that has occurred in connection with the operation of technical equipment, which is capable of negatively affecting the functionality of the accommodation facility, or is capable of endangering the health or life of the residents, or causing damage to property or the environment, e.g.:

• power failure,
• non-flowing water,
• water leakage due to a burst pipe,
• clogged drain
• fires and electrical short circuits,
• explosions or leaks of hazardous substances, etc.
