If you have any complaints or comments on the operations or about staff VSE, please, follow these steps:

1. Directly in the hall of residence – complaints and defects related to the hall of residence,
2. If the complaint or defect has not been resolved, please, contact us via  e-mail stiznosti-suz@vse.cz.
