You will report all defects via a website or mobile interface ISKAM. It is not necessary to go with these matters at the reception and then record it in the book. You will also see an overview of all entered defects in ISKAM, including the comments of the worker during removing them and information about the troubleshooting.
We would just remind you that this solution is not intended for an accident (the accident is emergency situation that needs to be removed immediately. It is not a broken bulb or a refrigerator). Accidents need to be resolved immediately with dormitory staff at the reception. The reception is working non-stop.
